This garland is all you need for a sweet party set up. Could it be the perfect size? Maybe! Perfect if you have a smaller space or just need a smaller splash of colour.
Garland kit comes with all the balloons needed (uninflated), fishing line and instructions with a link to a video tutorial. Garland is approximately 1.5 metres long once inflated and we recommend using a balloon pump.
